Recruitment
Date: 26 August – 5 September 2019
The session of 2019-20 started with the recruitment process which included the registration, group discussion and personal interview rounds.
Orientation and a Fun Activity
Date: 12 September, 2019
The society commenced its activity for the calendar year 2019-20 by conducting the orientation for its new members and manifesting the legacy of the society .
The orientation boasted an eccentric game ‘ Fusion Solution ‘ where members had to advertise a product of a company but the twist was the company and products were mismatched for example Pepsi and Lipstick. The event allowed students to showcase their ingenuity and creativity.
Squad -Up
Date: 3 October, 2019
An icebreaker activity was organized by the society for its member. The purpose of the activity was to help students learn various skills like problem-solving, working as a team, effective communication, improvisation, and tackling challenges. The activity saw a huge number of participants and had a positive impact.
Seminar on 'Quality of Life'
Date: 4th October,2019
We live in a stressful environment where we often end up imagining worst-case scenarios that do not even exist. To address this problem, the society organized a session for students and teachers where they can learn how to control stress with the help of yoga. The session was addressed by Lakshmi Subramaniam senior trainer at ‘Yoga Prana Vidya’.
Experimental Audit Training
Date: 22 October, 2019
A workshop was organized to impart knowledge on auditing and enhance students’ career prospects. The workshop encompassed experimental seminars, simulations, case studies, practical insights, and other mind-stimulating activities. The guest speaker for the day was Mr. Sunny Tanwar who is a Charted Accountant at NSKT & CO LLP .
The Stock Edge
Date: 23 October, 2019
The event was conducted, in collaboration with BSE Institute Pvt. Ltd, to give insights about the stock market by practically implying the knowledge through an activity held at the end of the session. At the end of the session, students were highly impressed with the speaker and gave positive feedback. The speaker for the event were Mr. Himanshu Sardana. and Anshu Raheja .
Seminar on ‘Financial Markets'
Date: 6 February , 2020
Commpact in collaboration with Tutorate organized a seminar on understanding of financial markets. It was addressed by two extremely knowledgeable individuals- Mr. Sidhant Kaushik and Mr. Rohan Singh. The main focus of the seminar was to impart knowledge to students about Stock Market and Finance while emphasizing on how the proper understanding of concepts and logical judgment can help a person to do well in this ever-growing field.
Seminar on ‘Career Prospects in Actuarial Sciences’
Date: 7 February , 2020
The seminar was organised in collaboration with Alpha Plus on ‘Career Prospects in Actuarial Sciences’ – the study of applications that apply mathematical and statistical methods to assess risk management in insurance, finance, and other industries. It was conducted on 7th February 2020. The seminar was addressed by Mr. Manish Malik.
COMMफIESTA 2.0

Commpact kicked off its flagship event COMMफIESTA 2.0 on 13th March, 2020 which continued till 14th March, 2020. The theme of the fest was the fictional wizarding world of ‘Harry Potter’ and had the activities like IPL Auction, Mock Stock, Negotiation table and CommTalks.
